According to police, the man is a suspect in two bank robberies and one attempted bank robbery in Montgomery County. The first took place on March 29, when the man entered a Capital One Bank in Wheaton, handed the teller a note and fled with cash, according to police.

During the second robbery, according to police, the suspect entered a BB&T Bank on May 3 on New Hampshire Avenue in Colesville, handed the teller a note, but fled without receiving any money. The third suspected incident took place on Aug. 4, when the suspect entered a SunTrust Bank on Connecticut Avenue in Chevy Chase, handed the teller a note, and fled with cash from the bank.
Police are offering a $10,000 reward for anyone who can provide information that would assist in an arrest or an indictment of the suspect. Those with information can contact MCPD’s Major Crime Division, at 240-773-5100, or call 1-866-411-TIPS (8477).
